We are MStroy – residents of Skolkovo and INNOPOLIS, an actively developing, innovative IT company with roots in Tyumen, operating on the basis of a large bridge construction company in Russia, JSC "Mostostroy-11".
We are developing a digital construction platform to increase the efficiency of construction activities by enabling rapid decision-making based on up-to-date online analytics (on deadlines, personnel, supplies, finances).
Accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation (deferment from partial mobilization is possible).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain SPA on Vue.js + TypeScript using Quasar Framework and React + TypeScript with Ant Design framework
- Design and implement intuitive, performant, and responsive interfaces
- Integrate with the backend via GraphQL and REST API
- Optimize UI performance and user experience
- Participate in frontend architecture design and technical solution discussions
- Develop the microfrontend component and component libraries
- Write clean and maintainable code

- Frontend: Vue.js 2/3, React, TypeScript, Quasar, Ant Design, Vite, Webpack
- Backend: Python, GraphQL (Apollo), REST
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD, GitLab, Figma
- Architecture: Modular SPA, microfrontends, microservices
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- Higher technical education
- Commercial development experience with Vue.js from 1.5 years
- Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS (including responsive layout), JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Figma, GraphQL, and Git
- Understanding of SPA principles, state management (Pinia/Vuex), routing
- Ability to write performant, scalable, and readable code
- Willingness to learn a new domain (construction is a plus)
- English language proficiency – at the level of reading documentation (desirable)
