☑️ Responsibilities
- Describing change requests, system analysis
- Conducting interviews, describing processes at the business and system levels, identifying requirements for changes, describing conceptual requirements
- Estimating effort for task implementation
- Developing detailed functional requirements
- Working out user interfaces
- Reflecting the results of solutions for user requests in the corporate system
- Organizing user acceptance testing
- Participating in functionality testing
- Participating in the creation of user documentation and populating the corporate reference system
- Participating in the formation of a knowledge base
- Consulting support specialists on correct system operation
- Consulting users on complex issues
- If possible, offering users solutions to problems, not just reporting their occurrence
☑️ Our Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a 1C analyst in operational accounting is mandatory!
- Knowledge of operational accounting
- Ability to work with the configurator in debug mode
- Ability to work with the query builder
- Experience with configurations on the 1C: UH, KA platform, similar industry solutions (we have our OWN custom development, but knowledge of these products would be desirable)
- Knowledge of 1C metadata and structure
- Information systematization skills: correlating information, quick thinking, asking clarifying questions, identifying discrepancies, providing counter-examples
- Skill in describing processes at the business and system levels
