☑️ Our requirements for candidates -Commercial development experience of 4+ years -Practical experience with AI coding assistants: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex — not just 'tried it out', but use them daily in your work -Understanding of how to effectively formulate tasks for AI agents, validate results, and iterate -Understanding of prompt engineering in the context of development, not just generating text with LLMs -Go development experience -Experience with microservice architecture -Knowledge of REST API and experience with HTTP/HTTPS, gRPC protocols -Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and others) -Experience with Docker and Kubernetes -Knowledge of CI/CD principles and experience with automation tools (GitLab CI, and others) -Experience in distributed systems and understanding of scalability and fault tolerance issues -Will be a plus: -highload development experience
