A NYC healthtech startup is hiring its very first product designer. They're building a brand new kind of job: a dedicated care expert for aging families, backed by software that makes every expert smarter with every call.

Fresh seed round from a top VC, and revenue up 10x in six months through hospital partnerships. The role is a big one. You'd own three things end to end: the platform their care experts use, the experience families see, and the brand that ties it all together. You'd sit in on real calls, report straight to the CEO, and decide what belongs in the product (and your default answer to can we add this? can be no!).

What they're looking for:

• 5 to 8 years designing products in messy, undefined spaces
• A portfolio with craft across complex software AND emotional consumer stuff
• You use AI in how you design and build
• You get energy from sitting next to your users
• You care about tone as much as flows
• You want a design plus product hybrid scope
