Main requirements for the vacancy:
- Experience in PLC programming using Structured Text / ST.
- Confident knowledge of the CODESYS development environment.
- Experience in developing projects for operator panels in EasyBuilder Pro.
- Ability to read and analyze technical specifications for the development of automated process control systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematic diagrams, connection diagrams, and cable logs.
- Understanding of the principles of constructing automated process control systems: PLCs, operator panels, input-output modules, SCADA, instrumentation.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of industrial communication protocols:
- Modbus RTU;
- Modbus TCP;
- OPC UA.
- Experience in configuring communication between PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and remote input-output modules.
- Ability to design and configure SCADA systems, develop mimic diagrams, alarm messages, archives, and trends.
- Understanding the logic of operation of actuators, sensors, pumps, valves, and frequency converters.
- Skills in finding and troubleshooting errors in algorithms, network communication, and signal mapping.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in commissioning work on-site.
- Experience working with frequency converters via Modbus.
- Understanding the structure of control cabinets and the principles of constructing industrial networks.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, signal tables, register maps, and operator manuals.
Conditions:
- Official employment according to the Labor Code.
- Working hours in Moscow from 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Payment is negotiable. From 150 depending on qualifications.
