We are building a product in the sales & marketing sphere and preparing for an aggressive launch in North America and Europe. We already have pilot clients, resources, and a bold go-to-market strategy. But we need a doer who will take on marketing and sales from start to finish — not a manager, not a team builder, but someone who does everything themselves.

🔸 Your tasks: – Fully manage marketing and sales with your own hands – Study the market and competitors: products, interfaces, prices, business models – Turn insights into clear recommendations and actions – Use the product daily, test it, find bugs – Work closely with the team, provide daily updates – Help shape positioning, pricing, and go-to-market steps – Be fully immersed in the project, sometimes beyond standard 40 hours

🔸 We are looking for a candidate who: – Has native-level or near-native English proficiency (C2) – Knows Russian (will be a plus) – Is a results-oriented practitioner – Has strong analytical and communication skills – Can manage many tasks simultaneously and justify decisions – Is genuinely interested in products for sales and marketing – Is willing to work in a flexible time zone
