Development

PHP & Symfony: 4+ years of commercial web development experience with Symfony and modern development practices;

Databases: Strong experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse, including database design and query optimization;

Messaging & Integration: Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ and building integrations with external services;

Development Environment: Confident use of Docker, Git, and Linux for reliable development and application support;

Code Quality: Experience with unit, functional, and end-to-end testing to maintain stable and maintainable applications;

Architecture & CI/CD: Understanding of modern backend architecture and CI/CD processes. Experience with DDD, CQRS, or GitLab CI/CD will be an advantage;

AI & Modern Technologies: Experience using AI-powered development tools to improve productivity. Knowledge of RPC, GraphQL, AVRO, Temporal, or Debezium will be an advantage.

Backend Development: Develop new functionality and maintain the Analytics service and the company's main website;

System Integrations: Build and support integrations with external services to ensure reliable data exchange;

Database Management: Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases to support product performance;

Performance & Reliability: Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve backend stability;

Development Workflow: Work with Git, Linux, and development infrastructure to support efficient application delivery;

Continuous Improvement: Improve existing backend solutions and leverage AI tools to increase development efficiency.
