💚We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team for a project in the public sector.

This vacancy is for candidates from St. Petersburg, with an office-based work format.

Your responsibilities will include: 🟢 Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing customer requirements. 🟢 Developing specifications for development, functional specifications, and other analytical documentation. 🟢 Designing integration scenarios and describing the interaction between information systems. 🟢 Developing data models, analyzing database structures, and using SQL for data analysis. 🟢 Describing APIs and integrations (REST, SOAP, SMEV). 🟢 Interacting with the customer, developers, architects, and testers at all stages of implementation. 🟢 Participating in solution approvals, supporting development, and accepting functionality.

Our expectations: 🟢 At least 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst. 🟢 Experience in preparing analytical documentation. 🟢 Knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational database principles. 🟢 Experience in designing integrations, knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON. 🟢 Understanding of SMEV operation principles or experience integrating with state information systems will be an advantage. 🟢 Strong communication skills and experience interacting with customers and development teams.
