Responsibilities: • Development of AI chats working with real client data (CRM, history, statuses) • Building RAG systems based on the company's internal knowledge base • Development of voice AI bots (inbound and outbound calls) • Integration of AI with internal systems (CRM, ERP, API) • Implementation of dialogue logic considering business scripts and protocols • Call analysis: transcription, quality assessment, identification of deviations from scripts • Automation of call center operations and increasing operator efficiency • Optimization of latency and stability of AI solutions in a real-time environment • Working with large volumes of data (calls, chats, client history) • Development and enhancement of the company's internal AI services • Interaction with backend/DevOps teams for AI integration into products
Required skills: • Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, or similar) • Experience building RAG systems (working with knowledge bases, embeddings, retrieval) • Practical experience in developing AI solutions in production • Proficient in Python (FastAPI/async/API integrations) • Experience integrating AI with databases (PostgreSQL) • Experience working with queues (RabbitMQ) • Understanding of real-time systems architecture • Experience with ASR (speech-to-text) and TTS (text-to-speech) • Understanding of voice/chat AI pipeline architecture • Experience with APIs and microservices architecture • Experience with high-load systems • Ability to work with business logic and real client data
