We’re looking for more Developer freelancers at Tropic 🧑🏻💻 👋
We’re a creative agency in North Wales building design-led digital projects. We care about strong UX/UI, thoughtful design, accessibility and bilingual content. We focus on building work that is solid, maintainable, and easy for clients to manage long after launch.
We’re looking for experienced freelance developers (3–5+ years) who are comfortable working inside existing systems, collaborating on projects, and building clean, reliable work without needing to reinvent everything.
We’re especially keen to hear from people in North Wales or nearby, but remote is absolutely fine if it’s a good fit.
Work typically includes feature development, project support, and occasional ad hoc technical tasks.
If this sounds like your kind of thing, email recruiter contact: → A short intro → A few examples of your work
We’re only considering direct freelancer enquiries, so no recruiters please.
