Responsibilities
- Consult clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
- Sell banking products and services
- Educate clients on how to use Sber's services and products
- Perform cash operations: receiving, issuing, and exchanging money.
Requirements
- Have secondary or higher education
- Are friendly and willing to help clients
- Actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- Are willing to use artificial intelligence in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
