Responsibilities
- consult clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
- offer banking products and services
- educate clients on how to use Sber's services and products
- perform cash operations: accepting, issuing, and exchanging money.
Requirements
- specialist with secondary education or higher
- friendly and willing to help clients
- actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- willing to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — has its own courses).
It will be a plus if you have experience in sales, customer service, and consulting.
