Tamaska is a platform for managing banner and video advertising. The basic functionality is ready, now the focus is on development: retargeting, content delivery, impression analytics. We work in a microservice architecture with highload. We are currently expanding the team and are looking for an experienced React developer with growth potential to a lead role. Responsibilities
- Create new platform modules: analytics dashboards, ad campaign management tools, and data-intensive interfaces
- Integrate backend APIs and third-party services
- Represent the frontend direction in discussions of product and technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
- Collaborate with designers and product managers — from mockup to production launch
- Define the technical direction for frontend development
- Decompose complex tasks and help the team find practical solutions
- Help developers grow through feedback, mentoring, and collaborative solution analysis. Create code plans within the framework of performance reviews
- Participate in technical interviews and further team development
- Improve development processes and internal tools
Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial development experience
- Experience in making and justifying architectural decisions
- Readiness to be responsible not only for personal tasks but also for the technical results of the frontend direction
- Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or coordinating the work of other developers
- Experience working in product teams with high-load systems or complex business logic
- Ability to work effectively remotely and asynchronously — without daily checks and constant control
- Experience with claude/codex, Atlassian, Figma, Playwright MCP
Will be a plus
- Knowledge of adtech (will be a big advantage): DSP, SSP, publishers, ad networks, OpenRTB, VAST
- Practical integration experience — a plus
