🚀 Middle/Senior Smart Contract Engineer (Solidity)

Team KA Heaad Smart Contract Engineer Project - self-custodial DeFi infrastructure for USDT holders

We are building a product where the user always controls their wallet, and profitability and collateral are transparently verified on-chain. The team originated from Overnight.fi (DeFi, delta-neutral strategies, algo-trading, ML). We are currently in pre-launch, token listing is in ~six months.

We are looking for an engineer ready to go through the entire cycle: research → design → invariants → implementation → audit → production, not just a "ticket-based contract developer".

🔧 Responsibilities: ▫️ smart contracts for vaults, adapters, financial accounting, roles, and limits ▫️ integration of DeFi protocols: lending, DEX/AMM, ERC-4626, oracles ▫️ unit/integration/fork tests in Hardhat, fuzz/invariant tests in Foundry ▫️ security review, preparing releases for audit, incident analysis ▫️ gradual transition to Rust: simulation, execution, indexers, tooling

✅ Requirements: ▫️ Production Solidity experience in mainnet or a comparable environment ▫️ Deep understanding of EVM: gas, storage layout, proxy/delegatecall ▫️ Proficient in Hardhat, basic knowledge of Foundry ▫️ Security mindset: reentrancy, oracle manipulation, flash loans, MEV ▫️ DeFi experience: stablecoins, vaults, AMM, oracles, liquidations ▫️ Working English proficiency ▫️ Desire to grow in Rust (commercial experience not required) ▫️ Top technical university (MSU, MIPT, Bauman, HSE, etc.)

Middle — 2+ years of production Solidity. Senior — 4+ years, responsible for architecture and security model.

💰 Conditions: ▫️ Middle $4,000–5,000 / Senior $5,500–6,500 per month, paid in stablecoins ▫️ +5% of the team's profit from strategies (available after six months of employment) ▫️ Token allocation after project listing ▫️ Probationary period — 3 months

📍 Format: hybrid, Moscow (2–3 days in the office), remote work is not considered at the moment
