Data Engineer Middle+

Data Engineers, an important clarification regarding the Middle+ vacancy at Solva Group!

Colleagues, thank you all for your responses, recommendations, and messages.

I am trying to process every resume, so I want to specify our request a bit so that we don't waste time on obviously unsuitable positions.

We are looking for a Data Engineer Middle+ with real commercial experience in building and developing DWH and data pipelines.

Our priority stack:

• ClickHouse — table and mart design, MergeTree, partitioning, query optimization.
• Debezium / CDC — setting up and maintaining real-time or near real-time streaming replication of changes from sources.
• dbt or Airflow — model/DAG development, orchestration, testing, monitoring, and error handling.

Ideal profile: ClickHouse + Debezium + (dbt or Airflow).

Minimum comfortable level — solid commercial experience with at least 3 out of 4 tools, with ClickHouse and Debezium being particularly important.

We need actual production work, not episodic participation ("loaded a couple of tables 3-5 years ago").

Also important:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Data Engineering / DWH
• Strong SQL (including optimization of complex queries)
• Python or Java/Scala
• PostgreSQL / MySQL
• Kafka
• Understanding of DWH and ETL/ELT architecture

Experience in fintech, banking, with high loads, and streaming data will be an advantage.
