A large FMCG sector manufacturing enterprise. We are looking for an experienced system administrator to support and develop the IT infrastructure of a modern manufacturing enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Support and development of the enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, network, workstations)
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of production-critical systems
- Participation in the acceptance, installation, and commissioning of server and network equipment
- Administration of Windows Server and Linux
- Configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure (VLAN, routing, VPN)
- Organization of backup and data recovery, control of backups
- Infrastructure monitoring, prompt incident response
- Participation in the implementation and development of IT solutions (ERP, WMS, production systems)
- Interaction with contractors and external IT providers
- Maintaining technical documentation for infrastructure and processes
Requirements
- System administrator work experience of 5 years or more, including at least 2 years at a Senior level
- Practical experience in administering Windows Server and Linux
- Understanding of network technologies: VLAN, routing, NAT, firewall
- Experience configuring VPN (WireGuard / OpenVPN and similar)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V / Proxmox)
- Experience in configuring backup and data recovery
- Skills in diagnosing and resolving complex incidents
- Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix / Prometheus or similar)
- Understanding of information security fundamentals (ISO/IEC 27001 preferred)
- Experience in infrastructure automation (Ansible, scripts)
- Experience in implementing IDS/IPS, SIEM, logging systems is desirable
