Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- conduct presentations on salary projects for organizations
- conduct negotiations with companies on the implementation of salary projects
- support and maintain existing clients
- analyze the market to attract clients to the salary project, develop a strategy for attracting clients
Requirements
We expect that you:
- are a specialist with a secondary vocational education or higher
- actively use gadgets
- confidently use MS Office
- are ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training - we have our own courses)
Prior experience in sales, customer service, and consulting will be a plus.
