Project Manager
An indie studio is looking for a talented PM to lead complex but awesome narrative-driven PC projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project management in Jira+Confluence
- Creating and updating Roadmaps/Sprints
- Daily task allocation and deadline tracking
- Maintaining effective team communication
- Timely notification of management about emerging difficulties
- Taking meeting notes and creating follow-ups
- Monitoring the correctness of report writing
- Tracking employee compliance with company internal rules when using services and messengers
- Full immersion in the project
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in automating tasks and processes (bots, n8n, etc.)
- Experience working with modern AI-based tools (cli agents, mcp, etc.)
- Skill in setting up Jira+Confluence
- Experience creating roadmaps/sprints
- Experience working with difficult clients, ability to find compromises
- Ability to communicate one's position in a reasoned manner
- Knowledge of the gaming industry, how game development processes are structured.
- Experience working with the following programs: Slack, Notion, Miro, Google Docs.
- Stable, fast internet.
