Project Manager

An indie studio is looking for a talented PM to lead complex but awesome narrative-driven PC projects.

Responsibilities:

• Project management in Jira+Confluence
• Creating and updating Roadmaps/Sprints
• Daily task allocation and deadline tracking
• Maintaining effective team communication
• Timely notification of management about emerging difficulties
• Taking meeting notes and creating follow-ups
• Monitoring the correctness of report writing
• Tracking employee compliance with company internal rules when using services and messengers
• Full immersion in the project

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience in automating tasks and processes (bots, n8n, etc.)
• Experience working with modern AI-based tools (cli agents, mcp, etc.)
• Skill in setting up Jira+Confluence
• Experience creating roadmaps/sprints
• Experience working with difficult clients, ability to find compromises
• Ability to communicate one's position in a reasoned manner
• Knowledge of the gaming industry, how game development processes are structured.
• Experience working with the following programs: Slack, Notion, Miro, Google Docs.
• Stable, fast internet.
