CRM system and mobile application for internal employees of "Alfa Capital". Testing business logic, UI, API, and integrations through message queues.

📝 Responsibilities — Managing the testing process, developing and maintaining test documentation for web (CRM) and mobile (iOS/Android) — Participating in requirement analysis at the design stage, creating test cases before development starts — Performing functional and regression testing: UI (web/mobile), REST API, integrations with data exchange via message queues — Working with databases: data validation, checking business logic through complex SQL queries — Documenting, prioritizing, and controlling the defect lifecycle, analyzing test results, preparing reports — Participating in task planning, estimating testing efforts, and improving quality assurance processes

🔍 Requirements — Commercial QA experience of 3+ years (functional, regression testing of web and mobile applications) — Good knowledge of testing theory and practice, experience with test documentation (test plans, checklists, test cases) — Experience in testing REST API and integration interactions — Confident knowledge of SQL, practical experience with databases (PostgreSQL, etc.) — writing queries of any complexity — Experience with version control systems (Git) — Basic knowledge of TypeScript or other programming languages (interest in automation and willingness to develop) — Attention to detail, independence, proactive stance — Bug tracking systems: Jira — Methodologies: Agile, Scrum/Kanban

➕ Will be a plus — Experience testing messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) — Experience in the financial sector or with CRM systems — Experience in test automation (developing and maintaining autotests) — Scripting skills (JS/TS, bash) 📩 Want to join the team?
