We are looking for an expert who can manage complex hydrometallurgical processes and influence production economics.

This is a role for a specialist capable of maintaining metal balance, managing costs, and participating in the development of technological projects in a large industrial company.

Key tasks

— Management of hydrometallurgical processes / precious metal or rare metal refining — Control of metal balance and identification of causes of losses — Management of operating expenses (OPEX) and participation in investment decisions (CAPEX) — Calculation of project efficiency (NPV, IRR) — Participation in the development and optimization of technological processes — Interaction with production and related services

Requirements

— Higher education in metallurgy — 10+ years of experience in the industry, including work in large companies (Kazakhmys, ERG, KAZ Minerals, Kaztsink, etc.) — Deep understanding of hydrometallurgical processes and production economics — Experience in participating in technological and investment projects — Knowledge of industrial and environmental safety standards
