Otter.ai has quietly become part of how millions of people work. Now we want to make it loud.

We're hiring a Head of Brand & Storytelling and looking for someone who's tired of maintaining a brand and ready to build one.

Here's the truth: we're the clearest name in AI meeting assistants, but "well-known" and "well-told" aren't the same thing. As transcription becomes table stakes, we need someone who can define what Otter sounds like, stands for, and is fighting for — then go prove it in the market.

This isn't a strategy-deck job. You'll write the brand guidelines and the press release. Set the narrative and know where to pitch it. Define our tone of voice and ship the social post that makes people stop scrolling.

You're a fit if you've:

• Built or sharpened a brand's voice from scratch (not inherited one).
• Led PR/Comms, Social, and Community. Building where needed.
• Worked at a B2B SaaS company under ~$500M ARR and know what "scrappy" actually means.
• Love to write and know what it takes to be read.
