A boutique real estate development company working with private investors and high-net-worth clients in Europe and the UK is looking for an experienced Business & Financial Analyst.

📍 Limassol, office, full-time 💶 Salary: €4,000 gross 🗓 Start: ASAP

Responsibilities: ▪️ Build and maintain financial models, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and investment scenarios ▪️ Prepare business plans and feasibility studies for development projects ▪️ Analyze project profitability, ROI, and investment opportunities ▪️ Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management, shareholders, and investors ▪️ Support strategic planning, company structuring, and investor relations

Requirements: ▪️ Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field ▪️ Strong financial background – mandatory; 3+ years in real estate development – a significant advantage ▪️ Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis ▪️ Understanding of project economics, ROI, taxation principles, and corporate structures ▪️ Advanced Excel skills ▪️ English: Advanced ▪️ Russian: Native or fluent – preferred
