Requirements: Big Data KZ School. You are a native speaker of Kazakh. 3+ years of experience in Data Science. Knowledge of the fundamentals of mathematical statistics. Industrial experience in building regression and classification models. Experience in training gradient boosting models. Proficiency in numpy, scikit-learn, pandas libraries. You understand and can explain how neural networks, MAC, LLM, and other AI tools work. Ability to explain complex things in simple terms. You want and can support others on their development path. You understand the difference between "checking homework" and "teaching to think". Plus: Experience in mentoring, teaching, or team leadership. Experience in Computer Vision and RecSys projects. Participation in hackathons. Participation in open-source / pet projects. Desire to help develop the program. Kazakh - C2 - Fluent. Russian - C1 - Advanced.
