SMM Project Producer

About the role:

We are looking for a producer who, together with the team, will create content and manage SMM projects for our clients. All projects are different: on some, you will perform tasks with your own hands, on others, you will manage contractors (scriptwriters, designers, editors). Therefore, we need a person who is equally confident working independently and managing others.

Responsibilities:

— Develop ideas: vertical videos (Reels, Shorts), carousel posts, integrations, collaborations.

— Research information on project topics and turn it into content. — Write texts, shoot and edit (depending on the project).

— Compile clear and detailed technical specifications for scriptwriters, designers, and editors.

— Quality check contractor materials: ensure the result meets the technical specifications, tone of voice, and project standards, provide clear feedback.

— Plan publication readiness, maintain a content plan, monitor deadlines.

— Keep track of content and prepare reports (the system administration part is as important here as the creative part).

Requirements:

— You are a person who combines managerial and creative skills.

— You have already created content for businesses: worked with texts, design, shooting, or editing.

— You know how to work in the graphic editor Figma and the editing program CapCut.

— You have visual experience: understand which formats work in Reels and carousels, follow trends.

— You can clearly articulate your thoughts — in technical specifications, comments to contractors, and reports.

Will be a plus:

— Experience in assigning tasks to contractors or freelancers.

— Portfolio with vertical videos and/or carousels.

— Experience in tourism or development.

Conditions:

— Employment format — contract, self-employed.

— Office in Tyumen: Yamskaya, 122 (we love hybrid) or remote work from another city with a time zone MSK+2.

— Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00. — Salary whispered (in fact, 50,000 rubles net).

— Work with federal clients.
