🚀 Seeking an AI-Native Engineer & Internal Tools

We are developing an ecosystem of internal tools for various company departments: from marketing and finance to HR and creative teams. Our approach is AI-native development: agents write code, and the engineer is responsible for architecture, quality, and results.

🛠 What you'll be doing — Identifying processes that can be automated, together with business teams. — Developing internal products: dashboards, bots, CRMs, analytical services, and LLM tools. — Using Claude Code, Codex, and MCP in daily development. — Designing architecture, deploying services in AWS, and setting up CI/CD. — Being responsible for data quality, security, infrastructure costs, and documentation.

🎯 What's important to us — 3+ years of commercial development in Python and/or TypeScript. — Ability to independently read, design, and review code. — Practical experience with AI tools: Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot. — Understanding of AWS, Docker, serverless/container architectures, and CI/CD. — Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), working with structured outputs, fallbacks, and cost control. — Independence, engineering mindset, and focus on business results.

💡 Bonus points — Knowledge of performance marketing: Meta Ads, CPA, ROAS, LTV. — Proficient SQL and experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or other databases. — Development of custom MCP servers or plugins for Claude Code. — Understanding of RAG and methods for evaluating LLM quality (evals).
