In the team: PM, front-end and back-end developers, a native team, testers, and DevOps.

What you will do:

You will work through business requirements and their technical details, support the development team in developing new functionality for banking B2B applications and services as part of the digitalization process of Uzbekistan's largest private bank.

Tasks:

• Closely interact with the business customer and product manager to collect requirements for new products;

• Formalize and document business requirements and functional requirements in accordance with the methodology adopted by the company;

• Analyze current business processes and design new ones;

• Participate in testing the developed functionality (UAT);

• Support implemented functionality – consultations, analysis of incoming requests for system changes/bug fixes.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Business analysis experience of 2+ years;

• Ability to collect and describe business requirements and functional requirements;

• Proficiency in business process modeling tools (BPMN 2.0, UML notations);

• Experience working with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence);

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum;

• Experience in the banking sector or fintech projects;

• Willingness to make independent decisions within your own areas of responsibility and competencies.

It will be a plus if you:

• Have experience with systems with a microservice architecture;

• Understand the principles and challenges of inter-system integration;

• Work format: office 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00;
