Responsibilities:

Ensuring the planning and organization of production and warehousing of medicinal products in accordance with the requirements of state regulatory bodies and GMP;
Management of technological transfers, process validation and equipment qualification, approval of regulations and SOPs;
Preparing production for inspections and external audits, managing deviations and changes (Change Control);
Modernization of facilities, implementation of new drugs, automation and optimization of production processes.

Requirements:

Higher specialized education (chemical technology/pharmaceutical/biotechnology), advanced training every 5 years;
At least 7 years of management experience in solid dosage form production, mandatory in international companies;
Experience in production and personnel planning, technological transfers, process optimization and validation, preparation for inspections;
Knowledge of EU and Russian GMP, licensing requirements, validation principles, equipment qualification, risk management and statistical quality control methods;
Project management skills, supplier evaluation, URS development, automation, negotiation skills;
English language at B2 level or higher, analytical thinking, stress resistance, multitasking, results orientation.
