Middle / Senior Product Analyst (iGaming)
An international iGaming company with a portfolio of 20+ brands across multi-GEO markets (Tier 1–3). We build our product based on data, value transparent processes, and give the team freedom in decision-making. Our goal is sustainable growth through analytics, accurate integrations, and a focus on new experiences.
You will become a product line analyst: from researching player needs and prototyping to launching features, analyzing funnels, and scaling to new markets. High independence is expected, along with a deep understanding of iGaming metrics and the ability to translate data into business solutions.
📊 Product and Analytics
- Hypothesis development and validation: CJM, JTBD, prototyping, A/B testing
- Management of key funnels: FTD, c2r, r2d; working with retention, cohort analysis, bonus economics
- Independent data work: SQL queries, ClickHouse, basic Python for analytics and report automation
- Building and maintaining dashboards: Tableau, GA4, Amplitude, Yandex.Metrica, Hotjar
- Implementation of AI tools for personalization, forecasting, and communication optimization
🔄 Processes and Coordination
- Backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning in JIRA / Confluence
- Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies, participation in demos, retrospectives, and quarterly planning
- Coordination of cross-functional teams (development, analytics, design, marketing, CRM)
- Monitoring deadlines and budget using EVM approaches, project risk management, SLA compliance
🌍 Domain and Launches
- Product adaptation for different GEOs considering regulations, payment habits, and local specifics
- Integration with PSPs and external providers, monitoring payment stability and UX flows
- Development of CRM communications, segmentation, trigger chains, working with LTV/CAC
