This role is for an engineer with 7+ years of commercial experience who is interested in influencing the product, architecture, and technical development of the team.
What will be in focus: — development of scalable backend systems and customer-facing products; — participation in architectural and technical decisions; — close collaboration with product, design, and leadership; — improving performance, reliability, and developer experience; — influencing engineering culture and development quality.
Team stack: Python, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Flutter, AWS/GCP.
It is not mandatory to have experience with the entire stack: strong engineers with experience in Python, Java, Go, or C++ are encouraged to apply. Engineering fundamentals, experience with distributed systems, and an interest in product development are more important.
Important: English at B2 level or higher is required, as the role involves active communication with an international team.
Format: full-time, remote within Europe or a time zone-close location (but not Russia or Belarus).
