Head of Analytics

Salary: 1,500–2,500 USD/month 🌍 Format: remote or relocation to Cyprus 📅 Schedule: 5/2, Mon–Fri, 09:00–19:30 📍 Market: South Africa 💼 Employment: full-time, permanent

🔹 Responsibilities:

— Organize the work of the analytics team: tasks, deadlines, quality — Formalize analytical requirements from the business — Control data quality and calculation of business metrics — Prioritize tasks and manage team workload — Train and develop analysts — Build analytical infrastructure from scratch — Interact with other departments and management

🔹 Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience in data analytics — Experience in team leadership / working as a Team Lead — Experience in training and onboarding employees — Proficient Excel and Google Sheets — Proficient SQL PostgreSQL: JOIN, CTE, window functions, nested queries, aggregations, SQL code review
