Frontend Engineer (AI + IP Management Platform)

REMOTE | GLOBAL

We’re a specialized engineering team building high-stakes software for global clients. You’ll join a project developing an AI-integrated platform for Intellectual Property management, used by universities, research institutions, and multinational corporations.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain complex UI workflows for IP lifecycle management
• Refactor and modernize legacy code for scalability
• Own features end-to-end — from vague briefs to production deployment
• Collaborate closely with a Ruby-based backend team

Tech stack:

• React, MobX (required), GraphQL, TanStack Query, Styled Components
• AI tools: Cursor (provided) for coding & reviews
• Daily sync at 19:00 GMT+3, active async comms in Slack/Git

Requirements:

• 3+ years frontend experience, strong React focus
• Deep MobX expertise (non-negotiable)
• Comfort working with minimal specs, refining tasks independently
• Proactive communicator — you “ping” until blockers are resolved
• English B2+ (spoken & written)

Nice to have:

• Basic Ruby on Rails understanding
• Storybook experience
• Daily use of AI dev tools (Cursor, Copilot)
