About Us A medium-sized team, we launch token projects, mainly tech and utility. We have execution capabilities: developers, designers, copywriters, marketers, MM. We are looking for someone who defines the current narrative – intraday and within the week – generates ideas, and packages them for development.

▪️ Responsibilities: ▫️ Daily market monitoring: X plus platforms like Axiom and GMGN ▫️ Maintain up-to-date understanding of the current narrative and package it into launch ideas. In an active market – 5-6 ideas per day, volume fluctuates with the market. ▫️ Analyze other people's launches: why they succeeded, why they failed, what the nuances were. ▫️ Maintain statistics on your ideas, conduct analytics and perform error analysis. ▫️ Continuously improve and optimize the search process.

▪️ Requirements: ▫️ Understand the mechanics of launches: how organic works, how traders behave, what needs to be done and what people look at. ▫️ Understand why some things grab attention and others don't. ▫️ Ability to build a logical chain, not just retell news. ▫️ Trading experience is desirable. ▫️ English B1 or higher, as most sources are in English. ▫️ Self-discipline: the market doesn't wait, maximum focus is required.
