As Senior Growth Visual Designer at InteractiveAI, you will lead the day-to-day visual work across the company: brand identity, cinematic content, performance creatives, landing pages, lead magnets and event materials. You will help raise the creative standard and deliver against it, combining high-end craft with direct response thinking and AI-powered production at scale.
You will work closely with the Growth, GTM and leadership teams. You'll help shape how the brand looks and feels.
Brand Identity & Visual System
Develop the brand: Work with leadership to evolve and maintain InteractiveAI's identity, including logo, typography, colour, iconography, illustration and motion language.
Build the system: Create and maintain brand guidelines, design systems and asset libraries that the whole company can use consistently.
Product & vertical branding: Develop visual treatments for product launches, sub-brands and vertical campaigns.
Cinematic & Video Content
Produce high-end video: Concept, build storyboards, direct and deliver cinematic brand films, product launch videos, customer stories and campaign spots, powered by AI.
Post-production: Edit, grade, sound design and finish to a premium standard, plus cut-downs for social and paid channels.
AI-assisted production: Use generative video, image and voice tools to prototype concepts, extend footage and produce content.
Performance Creative
Build ads at scale: Produce static, motion and video creatives for LinkedIn, Meta and other paid channels, with structured testing of hooks, angles, formats and CTAs.
Direct response first: Every asset has a clear offer, clear proof and clear next step.
Read the data: Review CTR, CPL, conversion rate and creative fatigue with the Growth team, cut what fails and scale what works.
Landing Pages, Lead Magnets & Web
Design and build LPs: Take landing pages from wireframe to live page, optimised for conversion and fast A/B testing.
Produce lead magnets: Reports, guides, calculators, one-pagers and templates built for our verticals.
Website: Design new sections, case study pages, product visuals and supporting elements for the website.
Event, Conferences & Sales Materials
Event presence: Design booths, stands, banners, signage, screens, print and merchandise for conferences and industry events.
Event content: Speaker decks, stage visuals, pre-event promotion and post-event recap content.
Sales enablement: Pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals and collateral that sales teams actually use.
We're looking for a senior designer with strong craft and a performance mindset, who can guide creative direction and still execute hands-on every week.
