Responsibilities
- consult clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
- sell banking products and services
- train clients on how to use Sber services and products
- perform cash operations: accepting, issuing, exchanging money
Requirements
- have secondary or higher education
- are friendly and willing to help clients
- actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- are willing to use artificial intelligence in daily work (company-sponsored training — we have our own courses).
