Team Lead (Facebook)

🔥 Build iGaming Buying from scratch and grow to Head of Buying

We are looking for a Team Lead (Facebook) Remote, full-time, 5/2. You will be the first buyer in the project: there are no processes or team — you will build everything yourself. There is a ready-made technical infrastructure and a fast solution for resources. GEO: World Wide, priority Tier-1/Tier-2.

What's important: — Team Lead / hands-on experience — in priority; — Facebook: launch and scaling; — figures: spend from $40–60k, profit from $20–30k+; — experience managing buyers; — readiness to work hands-on at the start; — experience building buying from scratch, independence.

A plus: — Google Ads and/or TikTok; — your own pool of contacts for hiring buyers.

Conditions: — remote, 5/2; — competitive salary. — 2-month probation period, paid; — growth to Head of Buying and your own team; — NDA — working day ±2 hours GMT+3.
