✨ How Product Development Works
We make decisions quickly, and build product development based on data, hypotheses, and experiments. Product managers research user behavior, identify growth areas, set priorities, and test hypotheses with A/B tests, actively using AI tools.
✨ About the Position
We are looking for a Product Manager for whom analytics is the primary source of decisions. You will independently collect and interpret data for the Kiss Kiss app, launch and manage product experiments and hypothesis testing, and develop Kiss Kiss.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Analyst in a mobile B2C product;
- Strong analytical skills at the Senior+ level (product analytics);
- Proven growth cases: you can demonstrate with specific examples and numbers how your decisions have impacted metrics;
- Skills in independent work with product data: you formulate hypotheses, conduct research, and interpret results yourself — you don't wait for an analyst to provide conclusions;
- Expert-level understanding of the interconnections between metrics;
- AI tools are your daily practice, including in research and analytics.
Will Be a Plus
- Experience with dating or social apps;
- SQL skills for independent queries to the product database;
- Experience working with products with subscription monetization and in-app purchases.
You Are Not a Fit For Us If
- An analyst provides you with conclusions, and you just «make decisions»;
- An A/B test for you is «we looked, it seems to have grown»;
- Data is needed to confirm decisions already made;
- You lack the required product experience.
