System Administrator | Limassol
An international retail company is looking for a System Administrator to support its store network in Cyprus.
We need not just a "ticket solver", but a specialist who can quickly troubleshoot problems, maintain a stable infrastructure, and independently bring tasks to completion.
What the job involves:
• Remote support for stores and on-site visits when necessary • Administration of Windows Server and Windows PC • Working with MS SQL and database replication • Support for POS equipment, peripherals, and sales systems • Configuring network equipment (TP-Link, MikroTik) • Network diagnostics and recovery • Participation in the opening of new retail outlets: cabling, connection, equipment testing • Working with the Microinvest system (Warehouse Pro / Utility Center / Barcode Printer Pro)
Important:
• System administration experience of at least 1 year • Practical understanding of networks and infrastructure • Experience with Windows Server and SQL • Willingness to travel to sites occasionally • Independence and a reasonable reaction time to incidents Will be a plus: • Retail or field support experience • Experience with Microinvest • Working with ACLAS and POS equipment • Cable crimping skills and basic low-voltage installation
Conditions:
• Salary 2,000 EUR net • Gasoline compensation (a car is desirable) • Work in a stable international company with real operational load, not "formal IT support"
