About us

Here at Valiotti Data, we run data consulting projects for growth-stage companies in the US and Europe. We embed into the client's business, solve the data problem in weeks, build the system, and hand it over to their team with documentation and training. Clients include Worldcoin, Aircall, Wirelane, Sniffspot, Mentorshow, Traliant.

Projects

Clients across industries: fintech, edtech, e-commerce, telecom, EV charging, marketplaces. Most often, we build a data platform from scratch. We pull data from ads, CRM, and payment systems into a warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, ClickHouse), model it with dbt, and surface it to the business in dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase). Where it helps, we add ML.

The role

Own the delivery of client projects end to end and be accountable for the outcome. You run the teams and talk to the client directly, instead of watching the process from the side.

This is a growth role. You don't have to arrive as a technical expert or an experienced people leader. We'll help you grow into tech leadership and people leadership.

What you'll do

• run a portfolio of projects: planning, timelines, resources, priorities, reporting
• be the single point of contact for the client: kick-offs, status, presenting results
• clear blockers together with the engineers and analysts, and learn the technical substance (data, pipelines, code) along the way
• make sure checks and code review happen before work goes to the client
• escalate incidents and risks on time
• build self-sufficient teams and help engineers grow

What we're looking for

• project management experience: timelines, resources, utilization, client reporting
• proactivity: goals, success criteria, risks and blockers are fixed before kickoff, not after the fact
• comfort running several small teams at once
• English B2+ for work with clients in the US and Europe
• based outside Russia

Nice to have

• experience managing data, analytics or engineering projects
• technical literacy: reads code, understands ETL and BI, speaks the same language as engineers
• AI tools in daily work (Claude Code, Cursor, LLMs for analysis, documentation, review)
• experience with international clients and remote teams

How you'll grow

Technical depth comes on the job. You work with engineers and analysts on real client projects, and the internal knowledge base (case studies, guides, architectural templates) gives you material to learn from right away.

Leadership comes the same way: you run several small teams from the start.

How we work

AI is built into the work itself. LLMs help dig deeper into the data and find patterns, then everything is checked against the real numbers. Code (SQL, Python, dbt) is written and reviewed with them; documentation is generated automatically. Tools: Claude, Cursor.
