Project Manager

A leading international consulting company is looking for a Project Manager. This is not IT and not a classic PM with a large team reporting to them.

What you will be doing:

• Manage several projects and operational processes in parallel, including across different legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Build and describe processes from scratch: regulations, instructions, protocols, working documents.
• Gather information and data from various sources, consolidate metrics and prepare reports.
• Coordinate the work of legal, financial, compliance, and other departments.
• Organize the obtaining of information and task completion by people not under direct supervision — regional teams, related functions, contractors.
• Control deadlines, statuses, and results, identify problems, and bring tasks to completion.
• Independently dive into operational tasks and bring them to completion, not just coordinate the process.

We are looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of experience in project/operational management;
• Experience working in parallel with multiple legal entities/countries;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills;
• Fluent Russian and English.

Will be a plus: experience in consulting / professional services, regulated industries, working with legal entities, lawyers, and corporate administrators.
