We are looking for a 1C Programmer to join our actively growing team!
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance functionality for 1C:Accounting, 1C:Payroll and HR, and 1C:Document Management
- Collect and clarify requirements from internal customers, design solutions, and estimate labor costs
- Configure approval routes, roles, access rights, and business processes
- Develop reports, utilities, print forms, extensions, and integrations
- Update standard and customized configurations, fix errors after updates
- Test implemented enhancements, document completed work, consult and provide technical support to users
Requirements
- 3+ years of programming experience on the 1C:Enterprise 8.2/8.3 platform
- Proficient knowledge of the 1C language, managed forms, queries, and extension mechanisms
- Experience with 1C:Accounting, 1C:Payroll and HR, and 1C:Document Management
- Business analysis skills: interviewing, documenting requirements, processes, and acceptance criteria
- Experience with integrations via HTTP/REST, SOAP, web services, files, and exchange plans
- Understanding of 1C client-server architecture, SQL, registration logs, and performance diagnostics
