Hello everyone! My name is Anna. We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (CV/NLP) to join our team.

🔹 Position: Senior Machine Learning Engineer (CV/NLP) 🔹 Company: DevHunt 🔹 Format: remote (outside Russia and Belarus) 🔹 Salary range: 5000-6000$ 🔹 Product: dynamic startup

🟣 Tasks: 🔹 Develop and implement ML models in the fields of Computer Vision and NLP 🔹 Deploy and optimize inference pipelines on GPU servers 🔹 Work on multimodal AI features (text, images, video, audio) 🔹 Scale model performance for a growing user base 🔹 Collaborate with backend engineers on production APIs 🔹 Conduct experiments and A/B tests based on real user data

🟣 What we expect from the candidate: 🔹 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI development 🔹 Excellent knowledge of Python and PyTorch / TensorFlow frameworks 🔹 Deep understanding of NLP (LLMs, embeddings, transformers) and CV (image generation, diffusion models, video processing) 🔹 Experience with GPU training and inference 🔹 Skills in model optimization (quantization, distillation, batching, caching) 🔹 Experience with production deployment of ML services

🟣 Will be a plus: 🔹 Experience with video-AI models 🔹 Understanding of high-load inference systems 🔹 Experience with ML monitoring and analytics (Weights & Biases, MLflow, Grafana) 🔹 Experience in conversational AI or chatbots 🔹 Participation in open-source, Kaggle, or publications in the ML community
