Yes, friends, it's time to hand over the management of Hayler Group to a new CEO.

For 8 years, I have personally managed the company. During this time, we have come a long way, showing double-digit growth rates annually.

Today, Hayler needs a fresh perspective, new energy, and a new scale of ambition.

There is a big goal ahead – to turn Hayler into one of the leaders in cosmetic distribution in Russia and to build an international beauty group.

I am looking for not just a hired manager, but a strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take the company to the next level.

If you have someone like that among your acquaintances, I would be grateful for a recommendation or introduction.

And, of course, I would appreciate a repost – perhaps it is thanks to you that we will find our new CEO.
