deeplay is a product IT company creating systems and solutions in the field of intelligent games.

We are currently developing a platform for running Android in the cloud and are looking for a system Android developer who will work with the most "low-level" part of Android.

If you are interested in understanding the internal workings of Android, building AOSP, designing system services, and seeing how your changes actually behave at runtime — you should join us.

🛠️ Responsibilities: — Development and modification of Android system services — Work with the HAL level (AIDL/HIDL), development of hardware abstraction — Design and refinement of device management systems — Work with AIDL/HIDL interfaces for inter-process communication — Configuration and extension of SELinux policies — Participation in the architectural design of the platform and defense of technical solutions — Using modern LLMs to accelerate development, analyze code, and test hypotheses

📌 Requirements: — 5+ years of system development for Android (AOSP, system services, internals) — Deep understanding of AOSP architecture and the Android build process — Experience with HAL (AIDL/HIDL) — Experience with JNI — Experience configuring and extending SELinux policies — Confident command of C/C++ and Java in the context of Android system development — Advanced use of LLMs in development

💡 Will be a big plus: — Experience with custom Android builds — Deep understanding of the Android security model — Experience optimizing system components for performance
