Tasks to be solved

• Development of web interfaces (React, Go, Java)

• Support and development of business logic in core components

• Writing tests

• Communication with managers, testers, developers

• CI/CD support (atlassian)

• Responsibility for product quality

• Participation in the development of cool features

• Reviewing other people's code and conducting Code Reviews

• Participation in the analysis of solutions required for the launch of new MegaFon products/projects

• Jointly with the team, refining architecture, designing APIs, proposing and implementing new technologies

• Attending daily meetings with colleagues and reporting on task progress to ensure the "on-time" principle

• Not hesitating to communicate with colleagues in a distributed team, with the client

Requirements for solving these tasks

• Higher technical education • React development experience of 5+ years, Java (Go) of 2+ years, Python experience is highly welcomed • Significant plus – participation in the development and optimization of high-load applications • Understanding the specifics of developing multithreaded applications • Proficiency in popular architectural patterns and understanding when to apply them • Know the difference between RDBMS and NoSQL, what message brokers and data cache types exist. Understand application containerization and adhere to Quality Assurance principles in work • Know what Agile is, enjoy flexible methodologies • Have skills in preparing and demonstrating solutions to the client • Know English (reading technical literature, correspondence) • Possess leadership qualities and a result-oriented mindset
