Build a modern BI ecosystem, not just dashboards. We are looking for a BI Analyst who will play a key role in transforming our analytics into a scalable Business Intelligence platform. This is an opportunity to design a unified BI environment, establish a single source of truth for business metrics, and help shape data-driven decision-making across the company.

What you'll do Design and develop a unified Business Intelligence system. Gather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting logic for different business domains. Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Tableau. Work closely with ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, and the Data Warehouse layer. Design analytical data marts and collaborate on data architecture. Ensure data quality and validate calculations. Create and maintain metric documentation and data dictionaries. Establish BI best practices, visualization standards, and dashboard guidelines. Deliver actionable insights to Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams. Identify business opportunities and recommend improvements based on data.

Requirements 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, BI Developer, or Product Analyst. Advanced SQL skills. Strong hands-on experience with Tableau. Practical experience with ClickHouse and PostgreSQL. Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and analytical data models. Experience building BI solutions rather than creating ad hoc reports. Strong understanding of product and business metrics. Experience validating data quality and analytical calculations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders.

Nice to have Experience in iGaming, Gambling, or GameDev. English level B1+. Experience documenting BI solutions and metric definitions.
