Specializations
Five specializations: Backend, Frontend, QA, Android, and iOS.
General Requirements for All
- You can read in English (it will be needed for documentation), and you also have basic programming skills.
- You can work from 25 hours per week, and full-time after the internship.
- You are a 2nd–4th-year bachelor's student, 4th–6th-year specialist student, or already have a diploma in a technical, mathematical, or IT specialty. If your diploma is in another field, you have completed IT retraining.
Stack Expectations
Backend (Go / Python)
- Go: You write in Go or are ready to switch to it from another language. You need to know the basics of development, SQL (JOIN, ACID, CTE), understand channels and context, be able to write REST CRUD services, and work with Bash.
- Python: Experience with Python and standard libraries, SQL basics, asynchronous programming, REST CRUD services, Bash.
Frontend
- You know JavaScript basics: data types, closures, asynchronous programming, Event Loop.
- You work with DOM API, understand HTTP/HTTPS and REST.
- You write in React, have experience with Webpack, Rspack, and state managers (Redux, MobX).
- You understand semantic HTML, CSS, and page loading optimization.
QA
- You know testing methods and approaches, test design techniques, and how to format bug reports.
- You understand one of the languages: Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript for UI/API testing.
- Basic knowledge of networks, SQL, and CI/CD principles.
Android
- You know Kotlin and the basics of Android development (Android Studio).
- Layouts using XML or Jetpack Compose.
- You understand memory management and multithreading (Coroutines).
- You use Dependency Injection and architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI).
iOS
- You are proficient in Swift.
- You understand the basics of working with Git.
- You know the basics of data structures and algorithms.
- You understand client-server interaction.

Selection Stages
- Application and Resume: Until August 30.
- Testing: 3 days for completion.
- Test Task and Video Interview: 5 days for the task, 2 days for the interview.
- Two Interviews: Technical interview and final interview with a manager and HR.
