About the company:**

An international B2B SaaS platform for automating logistics and booking crew travel in the maritime and aviation sectors. The team transforms the complex process of travel management into a convenient, real-time self-service solution.

Essence of the role:

Create diverse B2B content, turning product positioning and stories into ready-to-use assets — from landing pages and case studies to materials for webinars and social media. The work is structured on the principle of an agentic marketing team, where AI is a daily work tool, not an experiment.

Format:

Hybrid in the Netherlands (3 days a week in the office in Rotterdam: Mon, Tue, Fri). Candidates must strictly reside in the Netherlands and have the right to work.

Tasks:

• Package marketing messages into landing pages, case studies, sales one-pagers, presentations, and special projects. • Repackage one core material into a series of content for different channels and formats. • Assign tasks to external designers and agencies for production scaling. • Use AI tools in daily work to accelerate and improve content quality. • Analyze metrics of published materials and improve content based on data.

Requirements:

• Experience in creating B2B content in various formats and an existing portfolio are mandatory. • Fluent daily use of AI tools in text creation. • Ability to independently produce a strong first draft without a detailed brief. • Residence in the Netherlands and work authorization (EU passport, work permit, visa). • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Not suitable if you are a narrow specialist in only one channel (e.g., only SMM or only SEO), do not use AI in your work, or do not have a portfolio of B2B projects.

Conditions:

• Salary: €3,500 – €4,500 gross/month. • 25 days of vacation + 30 days of work-from-abroad per year. • Office in Rotterdam, a direct development path into Content or Product Marketing.
