Bebs is a next-generation dating app. We have created a dating ecosystem where connections don't stay in chats but turn into real-life meetings – with events, restaurants, real and online gifts within a single app. We are against endless swipes – we help connections happen in real life, not in chats. The product is growing in two markets simultaneously – Russia and the USA.
We are currently looking for an SMM Specialist who will take full responsibility for the brand's image and presence on social media (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, VK, Telegram).
Responsibilities
1. Content and Production
- Filming, editing, and designing content: Reels/Shorts, stories, posts
- Working in higgsfield/Cap-Cut/Figma/analogues
- Creating and managing a content plan across all channels
2. Publication and Adaptation
- Publishing according to the plan, considering the specifics of each platform
- Adapting content for Russian and American audiences – different language, different humor, different references
- Adapting the same information event for TG channel, VK, and Instagram formats
3. Community
- Responding to comments and direct messages – in Russian and English
- Maintaining a lively tone of communication with the audience in both countries
What we expect from the candidate:
- SMM experience of 1 year or more (portfolio/cases are more important than a specific niche)
- English language proficiency sufficient for content creation and communication with the US audience
- Independent filming and editing (with the possibility of involving contractors for specific videos)
- Copywriting: the ability to write differently for different platforms and different countries
- Understanding the specifics of viral posts, Reels, and comments under popular posts
- Understanding the current information landscape and trends on social media in each country
- Experience with neural networks for content generation
- Full-time employment. We do not consider candidates who combine multiple projects.
