Contractor for website creation

Looking for a contractor to create a simple intermediate website for the niche of turnkey apartment renovation in St. Petersburg. Required: • a simple single-page website; • installation of Yandex.Metrica; • setup of visit tracking and main goals; • a button to redirect to the main website / application form; • adaptation for mobile devices. A complex design and a large website are not needed. The budget is limited, so I am considering a simple and inexpensive solution. In your response, please state the cost, timeline, and, if available, examples of similar work.
