AI writes it from your resume. You only have to send it.
We're looking for freelance translators who are cyclists and/or triathletes in the following language combinations:
English > Norwegian
❌Strictly NO agencies❌
Non-negotiable requirements:
If you meet all the criteria but cover a different language combination - please apply as well. We'll keep your details on file for future needs, but will not be onboarding you at this time.
If this sounds like you and you want to join a fun team where sports-related banter is commonplace and people sometimes take lunch-break-runs or rides, then write an email to hello AT endurancetranslations DOT com.
Please write "[Target language] | I ride for fun and translate for work" in the subject line. Otherwise your email will get lost.
Please include some info on your experience in cycling/tri, description of your translation experience, a CV and info on rates.
If you know anyone who might be a match, send this to them or tag them in comments.
You may be asked to do a small sample to evaluate your skill. We will respond only to those applications that meet all the criteria.
Thanks!
We are Endurance Translations, the only translation agency dedicated to cycling, running, triathlon, and swimming brands. By athletes. For athletes.
Clarification: "cyclist" means an enthusiast of bikes. You have bikes. You ride bikes. You love bikes. But that doesn't mean you need to ride competitively in any way. That helps, but it's not a requirement. We don't check your FTP. We don't check your KOMs. And while we do joke that Strava is to us more important than ProZ, we don't require you to upload any ride files to check your heartrate at intervals.
